Come to my Gold Coast Personal Training Studio, located in Benowa. My one-on-one sessions are in my100% private training studio. We will use dumbbells, kettlebells, balls and bands to strengthen and tone your body. Unleash your potential in a comfortable and private space designed for your success with a dedicated trainer by your side. ​

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are final. No make up classes are offered for no shows. If the class is cancelled due to bad weather then a make up class will be offered. Any cancellations made within 12 hours period will be billed in full.
