Body Beyond 40 is a private strength training studio located in Benowa on the Gold Coast, offering expert coaching in a welcoming and supportive environment.

With a maximum of 4 women per class, you’ll receive personalised coaching, guidance on technique and a supportive environment that helps you stay consistent and motivated.

Every session is carefully structured to help you build strength safely while improving mobility, fitness and confidence with weights.

What Happens During a Session

Each session is carefully structured so you get a safe, effective and enjoyable workout.

Warm Up

We begin with a guided warm up to activate key muscles, improve mobility and prepare your body for training.

Strength Training

You’ll work through a structured strength program using equipment such as:

• Dumbbells
• Kettlebells
• Barbells
• Resistance bands
• Cable machines

Exercises focus on building full body strength, improving posture and supporting joint health.

Coaching & Technique

Because the classes are small, I’m able to coach you on form, technique and progression, ensuring you feel confident with every exercise.

Finisher

Many sessions finish with a short conditioning or core circuit to boost fitness and leave you feeling energised.

Cool Down

We finish with stretching and breathing to help your body recover and leave you feeling calm and accomplished.
